1. How to delete your account and data
Send an email to edunest@edunest.co.kr from the email you signed up with (or tell us your sign-up email and login method — email, Google or Facebook) with the subject "Delete my account". Deleting your account from Settings inside the app is being added.
2. What is deleted
Your account, profile, study plan, study records, mock exam results, notification subscriptions and social login links (Google, Facebook). Everything is removed within 30 days of the request. Inquiry records are kept for one year, and records that the law requires us to keep are kept for that period only.
3. If you signed up with Facebook
You can also remove EduNest.net under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops Facebook from sharing data with us; to delete the data we already hold, send the email request above.
4. Confirmation
We reply to your email when the deletion is complete. Questions: edunest@edunest.co.kr
