1. What we collect
Sign-up: email, name, explanation language, password (encrypted) or social login identifier. Set-up: enrollment status, visa type, school, goal level, exam date, daily minutes. Study: units, answers, time spent, hints used, mock exam results, notification subscriptions. Inquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), message.
2. Why
To plan your study and show today's work, to score and review, to send at most one reminder a night (only if you turn notifications on), to answer inquiries, and to improve the content. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to report pilot results.
3. How long
Until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days. Inquiry records are kept for one year. Legal retention periods apply where required.
4. Sharing
We do not sell data. Processors we use: hosting in Korea, AI providers for translation and explanation generation (no personal identifiers sent), SMS/notification services for reminders you opt into.
5. Your rights
View, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time — in the app or by email. Notifications can be turned off in Settings.
