Refund policy

1. What this covers
Paid items are the 1-month pass, the Pass-the-exam pass, and online mock exam sets. The free range and passes given free during the pilot involve no payment, so they are not refundable.
2. Within 7 days of payment
If you have not started using the paid item, you get a full refund. 'Started' means studying a paid unit or answering at least one mock exam question with a pass, or opening a mock exam set with a set ticket.
3. Passes you have started
We refund the remaining period pro rata: payment × remaining days ÷ total days. For the Pass-the-exam pass the total period runs from payment to your registered exam date, up to 90 days. Mock exam sets already taken under the pass are deducted at 3,000 KRW per set. After half of the period has passed, no refund is given.
4. Mock exam sets
Full refund before you start the set. Once a set is started the questions have been shown, so it cannot be refunded. For bundles, only sets not yet started are refunded.
5. Problems on our side
If an outage or a content defect stops you from studying, we extend your period by that time or refund that portion. If we close the service, the remaining period is refunded in full.
6. How to request
In the app go to My info → Contact, or email edunest@edunest.co.kr with the email you signed up with, the order number, and the reason.
7. Timing and method
Within 7 business days of your request, to the original payment method: card payments are cancelled (your card company may take 3–7 more business days), virtual-account payments are returned to a bank account in your name, PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. We charge no refund fee and cover any transfer fee.
8. Payment errors
Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full as soon as we confirm them.
9. Law
This policy follows the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Articles 17–18) and the Content Industry Promotion Act (Article 27). Where this policy and the law differ, the law applies.
This is a working draft for the pilot period. A reviewed version will replace it before paid launch.
